Thank you for shopping with Baby Beasties. Because our costumes are worn by babies, we keep our return rules simple and hygienic.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will do our best to cancel orders that have not entered fulfillment yet, but once an order ships it can only be returned under the terms below.
Returns (30 days)
We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery if the costume is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors or pet hair
- In its original packaging, with all pieces (hood, booties, accessories) included
Please contact us first with your order number to start a return; returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 6 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Wrong size
Babies grow fast! If the size doesn't fit and the costume is unworn and in its original packaging, contact us within 30 days and we'll help you with a return.
Not eligible
- Costumes that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Returns requested after the 30-day window
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund. You will not pay return shipping in these cases.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows no progress after the delivery estimate, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
